Abstract
- STIV VP55 was identified as an envelope protein.
- A recombinant STIV expressing an EGFP fused to VP55 was constructed.
- Fluorescence tagged virus EGFP-STIV showed similar dynamics to wild type STIV.
- EGFP-STIV could be used to evaluate viral replication efficiently and conveniently.
