Abstract
⺠A panicovirus, a tombusvirus, an unclassifiable tombusvirid and 2 carmoviruses were found. ⺠The complete genome of TGP carmovirus 1 was obtained from Lespedeza procumbens. ⺠Both carmoviruses have coding characteristics similar to proposed “pelarspoviruses”. ⺠TGP carmovirus 1 was also present in the fern Pellaea atropurpurea.
