Abstract
⺠Application of advanced cermets as reinforcement for NiCrBSi matrix hardfacings. ⺠High temperature stability with only slight hardness decrease up to 600 °C. ⺠High impact/abrasion wear resistance up to testing temperature of 700 °C. ⺠Good high temperature erosive wear resistance of produced hardfacings. ⺠Formation of protective oxide and mechanically mixed layers.
