Abstract
⺠The nonlinear behavior of the micro gas spiral-grooved thrust bearing is studied. ⺠Influence of temperature on the gas viscosity and the rarefaction are considered. ⺠The MGL model is systematically coupled with the kinetic equations. ⺠The temperature has complex effects on the performance of the micro bearing system.
