Abstract
⺠Scratch resistance and tribological properties of hydrogenated and hydrogen free DLC in ambient and under lubricated conditions. ⺠Low friction coefficient with increase in normal load under dry and ambient condition. ⺠High friction coefficient with increase in load under lubricated conditions. ⺠Super low friction and high wear resistance with oleic acid at low load.
