Abstract
⺠Results show the top of star wheel tooth flank will be worn more easily. ⺠An eccentric wheel abrasion test device was designed. ⺠The wear rates of four meshing profile samples are compared. ⺠The column envelope meshing pair has higher wear resistance. ⺠Dispersing abrasion area can improve wear resistance.
