Abstract
⺠Bubble incubation experimental observations agree with published analytical results. ⺠The performance of chromium steel is preferred as scroll material based on surface durability. ⺠The most severe fluid was lubricant and the least refrigerant in terms of the scroll surface impact. ⺠Micro-cavity study revealed potential violent impact and damage to steel surfaces.
