Abstract
⺠A new numerical method, FCM, is presented to model multiscale problems. ⺠Both computing time and storage required by FCM are significantly reduced. ⺠The computational scale is also significantly expanded by aid of FCM. ⺠The FCM can also be applied to the similar multiscale engineering problems.
