Abstract
⺠AFM-based single scan/wear test is done with the normal load of micro Newtons on PC. ⺠Deformation state map including transition, bundle and disorder are defined. ⺠The feed, especially the normal load, leads to the formation of bundles. ⺠The period and height of bundles are determined mainly by the normal load. ⺠The tip geometry may result in failure of formation of 3D bundles.
