Abstract
In men undergoing RP for clinically localized prostate adenocarcinoma, obesity was not associated with adverse pathologic features, positive surgical margins, or biochemical recurrence. These data provide evidence that obese men undergoing RP are not more likely to have aggressive prostate cancer.
