Abstract
⺠Outcomes of anterior mesh with two apical support operations for pelvic organ prolapse. ⺠Anterior mesh randomly with sacrospinous fixation (SSLF) or intravaginal slingplasty (IVS). ⺠Anterior mesh with SSLF or with IVS yielded similar results at 3-year follow-up. ⺠Erosion rate of anterior composite mesh was 9%. ⺠Anterior mesh repair allowed feasible support with SSLF or IVS.
