Abstract
► A two body abrasion and kinematic analysing model combining in high speed ball screw was presented. ► Ball and raceway contact area was considered as elliptic shape owing to grinding pattern. ► Kinematic analysing results were well confirmed by transmission torque of experiment. ► High rotational speed has high wear frequency and wear rate due to high relative speed. ► Decreases of preload and wear depth are prevented by large ellipticity ratio of contact asperity.
