Abstract
⺠A two body abrasion and kinematic analysing model combining in high speed ball screw was presented. ⺠Ball and raceway contact area was considered as elliptic shape owing to grinding pattern. ⺠Kinematic analysing results were well confirmed by transmission torque of experiment. ⺠High rotational speed has high wear frequency and wear rate due to high relative speed. ⺠Decreases of preload and wear depth are prevented by large ellipticity ratio of contact asperity.
