Abstract
In our registry-based study, parental subfertility was associated with an increase in abdominal wall defects, penoscrotal hypospadia, right ventricular outflow tract obstruction, and methylation defects causing imprinting disorders. In vitro fertilization/ICSI was associated with an increase in polydactyly, mainly of the hands.
