Abstract
⺠Several materials were eroded using two methods and various cavitation intensities. ⺠Material characteristic time and depth enabled all data to collapse on one curve. ⺠A simple mathematical expression was found to describe depth of erosion versus time. ⺠Characteristic parameters' dependency on cavitating jet pressure was obtained. ⺠Relative erosion resistance of some tested materials depends on cavitation intensity.
