Abstract
⺠A new model is presented to describe the particle removal behaviour. ⺠Particles in contact area are rolling by hydrodynamic drag force and elastic force. ⺠Particles in the concave area are rolling by the hydrodynamic drag force. ⺠Particles embedded in the brush asperities will be removed by friction.
