Abstract
⺠Zn-Ni friction coefficient is about 0.3 at elevated temperatures. ⺠Friction coefficient of hot dip Al-Si coating is about 0.4 at elevated temperatures. ⺠Al-Si wear behaviour is adhesive while hot sheet metal forming. ⺠Zn-Ni is avoiding massive build-up metallic layers on the die.
