Abstract
⺠Embedded Al2O3 particles after AJM on ABS, PTFE, PDMS and PMMA were quantified. ⺠Methods to reduce particle embedding were investigated. ⺠Cryogenic AJM greatly reduced embedding of Al2O3 particles in ABS, PTFE and PDMS. ⺠The best method for reduction was by freezing after blasting with glass beads.
