Abstract
⺠Robotic surgery may offer potential advantages over laparotomy in patients with gynecologic cancer. ⺠Advantages of robotic surgery over traditional laparoscopic surgery remain to be defined. ⺠Guidelines for robotic surgery credentialing and training should be defined and future development encouraged.
