Abstract
⺠The study is the first to describe isolated liver parenchymal metastatic lesions of ovarian cancer managed with transarterial chemoembolization. ⺠Chemoembolization is a well tolerated, minimally-invasive, and palliative therapy option for patients with unresectable liver metastases from ovarian cancer. ⺠Transarterial chemoembolization is an effective palliative treatment in achieving local control in selected patients with ovarian cancer liver metastases.
