Abstract
⺠HE4 is elevated in a high proportion of patients with endometrial cancer. ⺠HE4 correlates with tumor size (primary tumor diameter) and myometrial invasion. ⺠HE4 appears to be more sensitive than CA125 for both early and advanced stage EC.
