Abstract
⺠Downregulation of miR-130b in 81 cases of ovarian cancer is associated with stages and histological grades. ⺠Downregulation of miR-130b promotes the development of multidrug- resistant ovarian cancer by targeting CSF-1. ⺠The silencing of miR-130b may be mediated by DNA methylation. ⺠miR-130b could potentially be used as a therapeutic target in treatment for multidrug resistant ovarian cancer.
