Abstract
⺠We studied the effectiveness of loop versus cold knife conization in younger women with ACIS. ⺠We found no difference in achieving negative margins or recurrence of ACIS. ⺠Loop conization should be considered as treatment of choice in select women with ACIS who desire future fertility.
