Abstract
⺠In case of clinical suspicion of hydronephrosis, imaging is likely to diagnose hydronephrosis requiring intervention. ⺠Patients who need intervention for hydronephrosis have symptoms, i.e. fever, abdominal and lumbar pain, which should be taken seriously. ⺠There is no place for routine renal ultrasound following radical hysterectomy.
