Abstract
⺠Exenteration for advanced vulvar cancer has 5-year survival rates of 62%. Negative lymph nodes are the most important prognostic factor. ⺠In cases of relapse, exenterative surgery can improve local control and prognosis, with long-term survival of over 100 months being possible in this situation. ⺠When complete resection is not possible, surgery should only be attempted for palliation.
