Abstract
â¢There are 2 routes of lymphatic drainage for the uterine fundus-parametrial and ovarian.â¢The true false-negative rate for sentinel node biopsy in women with endometrial cancer is unknown.â¢Adherence to a surgical and pathologic algorithm seems to provide an acceptable low false negative rate.
