Abstract
► The Korean Gynecologic Oncology Group (KGOG) recently proposed pre-operative criteria identifying a low-risk group for nodal metastasis in endometrial cancer. ► The KGOG low-risk criteria accurately identified low-risk patients for lymph node metastasis with acceptable false negativity in two Japanese cohorts. ► The prevalence-adjusted false negative rate was 1.8% and 1.1% in two cohorts, respectively.
