Abstract
⺠In this study, survival and duration of secondary response is longer in recurrent platinum-sensitive cases treated with SCR-HIPEC (Cases). ⺠These data are statistically significant when compared to a similar group of women not experimenting HIPEC (Controls). ⺠This management, SCR plus HIPEC followed by systemic chemotherapy, might be the treatment of choice in selected recurrent platinum-sensitive patients.
