Abstract
Intraocular lens stress fracture is recognizable risk during cataract surgery. Risk factors for IOL stress fracture include smaller IOL delivery cartridges and IOLs of higher refractive powers. There was a low risk for IOL stress fracture resulting in adverse subjective visual outcomes.
