Abstract
⺠Remineralization of SWRO water with Ca2 + and alkalinity resulted in less corrosion. ⺠The lowest corrosion rate occurred with cement lined ductile iron. ⺠The corrosion rate of cast iron was highest for all remineralization methods. ⺠Corrosion products included FeO(OH), Fe(OH)3, FeO iron components and Ca2 + deposits. ⺠Cement lining increased the water CCPP values.
