Abstract
												Patients with sarcoidosis exhibit greater PBMC responses to M. tuberculosis antigens compared to PPD-negative controls, but reduced T-cell responses to common recall antigens. One contributing mechanism may be impairment of T-cell CD28 co-stimulation.
