Abstract
⺠We prepare PVDF microfiltration membranes with different solvent compositions. ⺠Thermodynamics controls membrane top-layer and solvent diffusion dominates sub-layer. ⺠Membranes prepared with DMSO exhibited better permeability and antifouling ability.
