Abstract
Solitary necrotic nodule of the liver is usually small with the size not exceed 3.0Â cm in diameter. Absence of enhancement on all dynamic phase after gadopentetate dimeglumine administration may be most characteristic feature of solitary necrotic nodule of the liver on MR images, which may help discriminate this entity from metastatic liver tumors and intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
