Abstract
⺠Aloe polysaccharides and the impurity of proteins were simultaneously studied during the ILATPS extraction. ⺠Aloe polysaccharides in salt-rich phase was further purified using a dialysis membrane to remove the salt and IL. ⺠The monosaccharide constitutes of aloe polysaccharides were analyzed by a HPLC method. ⺠Purity of the final product was demonstrated by TGA. ⺠Ionic liquid was recycled by a simple solvent extraction.
