Abstract
► A new dynamic mathematical model developed for nanomembrane transport modeling of lactic acid. ► Selected membrane and module could ensure recycle of 90% sugars and separation of 70% acid. ► The most relevant membrane structural properties were completely determined using the model. ► Model successfully predicted system performance with < 0.1% relative error.
