Abstract
Conventional transarterial chemoembolization yields better symptomatic response and may be preferred for patients experiencing carcinoid symptoms. DEB transarterial chemoembolization, with lower LFT elevations and postembolization syndrome incidence, may be preferred for patients with poor liver function.
