Abstract
âºWe performed a comparative life cycle assessment of nanofiltration and conventional systems. âºOne real nanofiltration plant was chosen and investigated in much detail. âºA virtual conventional plant was designed for comparative purpose. âºThe LCA was performed using SimaPro software for inventory and analysis phases. âºThe study reveals very different impacts for the two plants.
