Abstract
MIL maintained renal tissue blood flow by its vasodilatory effect, suppressed expression of TNF-α mRNA by increasing intracellular cyclic adenosine monophosphate, and ultimately decreased tubular cell apoptosis, thus protecting renal function after warm I-R injury.
