Abstract
⺠Semiconductor wastewater contains high turbidity and conductivity caused by nano-scale and micro-scale particles. ⺠A three-stage water treatment system has been developed for semiconductor wastewater treatment. ⺠The system contains fiber ball filtration followed by ultrafiltration and reverse osmoses membrane units. ⺠The water quality could meet the water reuse standards after treatment. ⺠Results from this study will be helpful in designing a scale-up system for practical application.
