Abstract
► The synthesized nanoadsorbent exhibited high adsorption capacity for TA. ► The adsorbent can be separated magnetically and regenerated in acid solution. ► TA adsorption was strongly affected by solution pH and ionic strength. ► Surface complexation mechanism may contribute to enhanced TA adsorption.
