Abstract
⺠The terminal 5-HT2A receptors are involved in the regulation of 5-HT synthesis. ⺠A single dose of M100907 caused a significant decrease in the brain 5-HT synthesis. ⺠The M100907 treatment produces a large reduction of the 5-HT synthesis in the limbic structure.
