Abstract
⺠May be useful for screening of putative antipsychotics via subchronic administration. ⺠Particularly using the novelty-induced hyperlocomotion paradigm. ⺠Lower synaptophysin, synapsin I, MBP and GABABR1 expression in isolation-reared rats. ⺠Higher CNPase expression in isolation-reared rats. ⺠Protein expression changes mainly localised to hippocampus and substantia nigra.
