Abstract
⺠Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion leads to neurodegeneration. ⺠Neurodegeneration underlies cognitive dysfunction. ⺠Chronic cerebral hypoperfusion results in ubiquitinated protein aggregation. ⺠Ubiquitinated protein aggregation is related to proteasome dysfunction. ⺠Aberrations in the ubiquitin-proteasome system contributes to neurodegeneration.
