Abstract
►Cultured cerebellar granule cells express increasing levels of ORC3 during maturation. ►Activation of mGlu4Rs anticipates the peak of ORC3 and promotes neuronal maturation. ►ORC3 knockdown reduces mGlu4R-mediated neuronal maturation and dendritic length. ►ORC3 promotes neuronal maturation by inhibiting the Rho signaling pathway.
