Abstract
⺠Uncertainty is represented at different levels in Bayesian inference and learning. ⺠The nervous system represents and uses uncertainty in inferences about the state of the environment. ⺠Parameter uncertainty arises when the task is new or body dynamics is altered. ⺠Structural uncertainty is present when relevance of some parameters is unknown.
