Abstract
⺠Biomolecule patterning was realized by photolithgraphing chemical vapor deposited 2-[methoxy(polyethylenoxy)propyl] trichlorosilane. ⺠A patterned neuronal network was maintained for more than 3 weeks. ⺠Recorded neuronal networks activities showed high signal to noise ratio.
