Abstract
⺠A third generation BMP7 lentiviral vector was developed and tested in several in vitro models. ⺠SMAD phosphorylation and neuronal differentiation assays were used to verify the bioactivity and functionality of the lentiviral-based BMP7. ⺠In vivo studies were performed to demonstrate the effectiveness of BMP7 infection in the mouse brain.
