Abstract
⺠Zebrafish are an excellent model species to study complex social phenotypes. ⺠We describe a novel methodology for automated video-tracking of zebrafish shoaling. ⺠Our method is bi-directionally sensitive to various experimental manipulations. ⺠A significant correlation was found between novel and traditional (manual) analyses of shoaling.
