Abstract
⺠We cloned A2A, D2 and H3 receptors into fluorescent/luminescent vectors. ⺠Their localization, expression and ERK1/2 phosphorylation potency were investigated. ⺠The recombinant receptors were functional and expressed in the plasma membrane. ⺠Heteromerization studies between them might yield new drugs for Parkinson's disease.
