Abstract
⺠A Bayesian dynamic linear model was found useful for analyzing human optical imaging data. ⺠The model removed heartbeat and respiration artifact while preserving activity-evoked responses. ⺠Robustness of the model was verified on data acquired from six subjects, acquired at two wavelengths (535 nm; 660 nm).
