Abstract
â¶ Retinoic acid and its stable analogue EC23 enhance the neural development in vitro. â¶ Synthetic retinoid EC23 is a potent regulator of neuroprogenitor cell maturation. â¶ Synthetic retinoid EC23 enhances the formation of motor neurons by human ES cells. â¶ Retinoid supplements improve reliability and consistency of neural differentiation.
